This layout will eventually consist of several different modules representing segments of the Northeast Corridor through the state of Maryland, and also including Washington, DC. The modules are going to start in the Baltimore area, likely building outward from BWI. The first module will be a representation of BWI Rail Station, and will be a three-track 9.5 foot long module set. As it will be run with the Calgary Free-mo group for now catenary will be strung only over the number 1 track. The next module to the "south" is likely going to be a 8' 4" module representing an industrial park. There will also be a signal bridge placed on that module. The next one to the "north" will represent Halethorpe, MD, and will take the number of tracks from 3 to 4.
| BWI Rail Station | - This module set will be a good start for the layout. It is dead straight and level, and of a good length. (not too short or too long) It is also a good start for scratchbuilding structures. I am not aware of any models of the station itself, but the structure looks simple enough to build by myself. |
| Baltimore Commons | - Baltimore Commons industrial park is going to be my second module set, and it will include several elements that will make building the modules fun and interesting. It will also be my first module with signalling incorporated into the design. There will also be a defect detector on each of the three tracks. |
| Halethorpe | - Halethorpe is the third module set that I will be building, and it will again be fairly straightforward, it takes the number of tracks from 3 to 4 and includes signalling and a commuter station. |
| Future | - Any modules that I am designing, but will not be building for some time will be listed here with a basic description. |
